Corporate Relationship Executive (1-2 Years)

1. User On boarding & Activation

Drive seamless on boarding for users across corporate clients

Ensure users understand, access, and actively use Health-e services

Track activation metrics and follow through until usage is visible

2. HR & Stakeholder Coordination

Work closely with HR teams for employee rollouts

Align on engagement calendars, campaigns, and communication

Ensure smooth execution of on boarding and engagement plans

3. Continuous Engagement

Execute ongoing engagement via:

WhatsApp campaigns

Emails

Calls

Employee Connect (EC) sessions / activations

Plan and run on-ground or virtual engagement activities

4. Communication & Follow-Ups

Maintain consistent touchpoints with users and HRs

Ensure no user or account goes cold

Drive nudges, reminders, and campaigns to improve usage

5. Feedback & Insights Loop

Capture real user feedback and behavioural insights

Identify drop-offs and engagement gaps
