Construction Estimator Fresher

We are seeking a Civil or Construction Estimator who is having Certification / Training From BHADANIS Quantity Surveying Training Institute or Nicmar or Rics to join our team in Mumbai. This role is suitable for recent graduates and professionals with up to six years of experience. The Estimator will play a vital role in preparing accurate cost estimates for construction projects.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Analyze project plans and specifications: Review detailed blueprints and documents to understand project requirements and identify cost components.

2. Prepare detailed cost estimates: Calculate material, labor, and overhead costs to create comprehensive project budgets that align with client expectations.

3. Conduct market research: Stay updated on industry trends and pricing to ensure estimates reflect current market conditions accurately.

4. Collaborate with project managers: Work closely with teams to gather necessary information, clarify project details, and adjust estimates as projects evolve.

5. Prepare bid proposals: Compile and submit competitive bids by providing well-organized cost breakdowns and relevant project information.

Skills and Expectations:

The ideal candidate should possess Certification / Training in Quantity Surveying & Estimation From BHADANIS QS Institute or Rics or Nicmar , strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and a solid understanding of construction processes. Effective communication skills are essential for interacting with project teams and clients. Proficiency in estimating software and Microsoft Office is preferred. We expect candidates to be proactive, organized, and able to work independently while meeting deadlines. The ability to adapt to changing project demands and work collaboratively in a team environment is important for success in this role.
