Role:
A Service Delivery Executive is responsible for managing the delivery of HR services to
clients. The role requires a combination of technical and management skills, as well as
excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Key Responsibilities:
— Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients by ensuring that their needs are
met and issues are resolved in a timely and effective manner.
— Managing the end-to-end service delivery process, including client onboarding, service
implementation, service delivery, and service improvement.
— Monitoring the performance of the HR service delivery team, ensuring that SLAs are met
and service quality is maintained at all times.
— Managing a team of HR service delivery professionals, ensuring that they are trained,
motivated, and supported to deliver high-quality services to clients.
— Identifying opportunities to improve service delivery processes and implementing changes
to drive efficiency and effectiveness.
— Providing regular reports on service delivery performance to clients and senior
management, using data and analytics to drive insights and continuous improvement.
