Corporate governance: Implementing and maintaining effective corporate governance practices.
Record-keeping: Ensuring the accuracy and integrity of all corporate records.
Responsibilities:
Company incorporation and related tasks.
Preparing search reports and detailed charge reports.
Drafting meeting agendas, minutes, and notices.
Filing various e-forms with the Registrar of Companies (ROC).
Overseeing statutory compliance (Annual Reports, Secretarial Compliance Reports, etc.).
Drafting and altering Memorandums and Articles of Association.
Liaising with statutory authorities like ROC, RBI, etc.
Providing opinions and advice on company law and allied legislation.
Developing checklists for various transactions.
