Job Description

position: communication cum management trainer / faculty

department: academics / training

location: pune

salary: up to 50,000 per month (based on experience & interview)

role overview:

the communication cum management trainer will be responsible for training and mentoring pgdm students, primarily specializing in human resource management (hrm). the role involves delivering high-quality sessions, developing training content, and supporting students in building strong communication and management competencies.

key responsibilities:

conduct classroom training sessions for pgdm students, especially in hrm and communication skills.

prepare and deliver lectures, presentations, and interactive activities.

develop training materials, ppts, case studies, and assessments.

guide students in soft skills, corporate communication, interview preparation, and professional etiquette.

support academic planning, curriculum implementation, and student evaluation.

monitor student progress and provide constructive feedback.

maintain discipline and foster a positive learning atmosphere.

coordinate with academic and administrative teams for smooth program execution.

participate in faculty meetings, seminars, and academic events.

required skills & qualifications:

masters degree in management (mba/pgdm), preferably with specialization in hrm.

strong communication, presentation, and classroom handling skills.

knowledge of management subjects such as hr, marketing, and operations.

experience in teaching/training (15 years preferred) in academic institutes or corporate training.

proficient in ppt creation and content development.

ability to engage students and simplify complex concepts.

additional competencies:

good interpersonal and mentoring skills.

strong command over verbal and written communication.

ability to manage a classroom and maintain student interest.

professional attitude and willingness to contribute to institutional growth.
