Job description :-
Assist in basic food preparation like chopping vegetables and cutting meat
Prepare ingredients as per chef instructions
Help in cooking dishes under supervision of senior chefs
Prepare sauces, soups, and starters
Maintain cleanliness and hygiene in the kitchen
Follow food safety and sanitation standards
Store food items properly in fridge and storage areas
Check stock levels and report shortages
Ensure quality and freshness of ingredients
Avoid food wastage and control portions
Use kitchen equipment safely (oven, grill, fryer, knives)
Clean kitchen tools and workstations after use
Assist in food plating and presentation
Follow recipes and restaurant SOPs
Coordinate with kitchen team for timely order service
Support other kitchen sections during rush hours
