Job Description

Responsibilities:

1. Contacting customers to collect overdue payments.

2. Negotiating payment plans with customers.

3. Monitoring accounts to identify overdue payments.

4. Maintaining accurate records of all collection activities.

5. Sending notices to customers regarding overdue payments.

6. Working closely with legal department on challenging collection cases.

7. Meeting collection targets set by the company.

8. Providing regular updates on collection activities to management.

9. Resolving customer disputes related to collections.
