required qualifications and experience

1). minimum graduate with 2 to 5 years of exp in sales/operation/training.

Х prior exp in insurance/micro finance/banking/cooperative society or nbfc industry.

Х should have exp of handling multiple product sales.

Х must have team management and relationship management skills.

Х willingness to travel extensively to rural/urban location.

1. source 5 new partners who will get activated with a minimum of 1 cr yearly business in this fy-2022-2023.

2. achieving business targets.

3. ensuring the existing relationships are handled by timely interactions across levels and suitably supported from a training & process perspective.

5. participation in learning & development activities assigned by reporting manager.
