Minimum graduate with 2 to 5 Years of Exp in Sales/operation/training. Prior Exp in Insurance/Micro Finance/Banking/cooperative society or NBFC Industry. Should have Exp of handling multiple product sales. Must have Team Management and Relationship Management Skills. Willingness to travel extensively to rural/urban location.Must have extensive experience in managing a large geographyKRA1. Source 5 new partners who will get activated with a minimum of 1 Cr Yearly business in this FY-2022-2023.2. Achieving Business targets.3. Ensuring the existing relationships are handled by timely interactions across levels and suitably supported from a training & process perspective.4. Business Seasonality to be maintained as per target.5.
