About the Role:

Talent Zone Consultant is hiring an experienced Clinical Operations Manager to lead end-to-end clinical study execution, ensuring trials are delivered within timelines, quality standards, budgets, and applicable regulatory requirements. Current roles in Bangalore/Chennai include clinical operations and trial-management positions with responsibilities spanning study delivery, team management, sponsor coordination and GCP compliance.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead end-to-end clinical trial operations from study start-up through close-out.

Manage CROs, investigators, vendors, CRAs and cross-functional teams.

Ensure compliance with ICH-GCP, protocols, SOPs and regulatory requirements.

Develop study plans, timelines, resource plans and operational strategies.

Monitor study progress, risks, milestones, quality and budget.

Coordinate with sponsors, regulatory teams and clinical stakeholders.

Support audits, inspection readiness and resolution of operational issues.

Drive team performance, training and continuous process improvement.
