Key Responsibilities:

Handle inbound and outbound customer calls

Follow up with customers for policy renewals

Provide motor insurance quotations from leading insurers (Tata,HDFC,ICICI,)

Explain policy features, benefits, and exclusions

Assist customers with basic claim support and coordination

Maintain customer database and follow-up records

Ensure high customer satisfaction and retention

Required Skills:

Strong communication skills in Tamil (mandatory) and basic English

Good customer handling and relationship management skills

Basic knowledge of Motor insurance

Ability to convince and handle objections

Good follow-up and time management skills
