Client Relations Executive

Responsibilities:

· Answer phones, schedule appointments, and respond to patient inquiries with empathy and accuracy.

· Collect patient information and maintain accurate records in our electronic medical records system

· Process patient payments

· Manage patient flow and communicate with clinical staff to ensure timely and efficient care for patients

· Assist with basic administrative tasks, such as data entry, file organization, using Microsoft Excel

Requirements:

· Degree or equivalent

· Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a strong emphasis on empathy and active listening.

· Proficiency with computers and electronic medical records systems.

· Basic Microsoft Excel skills, such as data entry.

· Ability to multitask and manage competing priorities

· Attention to detail and accuracy.

· Professional demeanor and customer service orientation.
