Responsibilities: Answer phones, schedule appointments, and respond to patient inquiries with empathy and accuracy. Collect patient information and maintain accurate records in our electronic medical records system Process patient payments Manage patient flow and communicate with clinical staff to ensure timely and efficient care for patients Assist with basic administrative tasks, such as data entry, file organization, using Microsoft ExcelRequirements: Degree or equivalent Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a strong emphasis on empathy and active listening. Proficiency with computers and electronic medical records systems. Basic Microsoft Excel skills, such as data entry. Ability to multitask and manage competing priorities Attention to detail and accuracy.
