🏗️ CIVIL SITE ENGINEER

Salary: ₹25,000 – ₹45,000 (In-hand)

Arihant Foundations – DMR Landz Division is looking for a dedicated and experienced Civil Site Engineer to join our growing construction team. The candidate will be responsible for handling complete civil site works, assisting contractors, supervising labor, preparing building plans, and ensuring site safety compliance.

A strong work ethic, leadership skills, and attention to detail are essential for this role.

🔧 Key Responsibilities:

Supervise and execute complete civil construction works

Prepare and review AutoCAD drawings and building plans

Assist contractors and coordinate with subcontractors

Operate and monitor construction equipment and machinery

Ensure proper site preparation (clearing obstacles, hazard removal)

Load and unload construction materials

Monitor quality of materials and workmanship

Follow instructions from project managers and supervisors

Maintain daily site progress reports

Ensure compliance with health & safety regulations

Perform site clean-up and maintenance activities

Attend required on-site training programs

🎯 Job Requirements:

Minimum Qualification: Graduate (Civil Engineering Preferred)

Experience: 2 – 6 Years in Civil Construction

Knowledge of AutoCAD & Building Plan Preparation is Mandatory

Experience in layout planning, foundation work, RCC work, finishing works, and total civil execution

Age: 18 years and above

Physically fit to perform site-related tasks in all weather conditions

Strong problem-solving skills and leadership ability

Dependable with good attendance record
