The candidate will be responsible for handling complete civil site works, assisting contractors, supervising labor, preparing building plans, and ensuring site safety compliance.A strong work ethic, leadership skills, and attention to detail are essential for this role. CAR DRIVERCompany: Arihant Foundations (DMR Landz Division)Location: Chennai & Surrounding AreasSalary: 15,000 25,000 (In-hand)Arihant Foundations DMR Landz Division is looking for a responsible and experienced Car Driver to support our management and site operations. The candidate will be responsible for safe transportation of staff, clients, and materials when required.A punctual, disciplined, and trustworthy individual is essential for this role. Key Responsibilities:Safely drive company vehicles to site locations, client meetings, and office workEnsure timely pickup and drop for staff and managementMaintain cleanliness and proper condition of the vehiclePerform regular vehicle checks (fuel, oil, brakes, tires, etc.)Keep vehicle documents updated (RC, Insurance, Pollution Certificate)Follow traffic rules and safety regulations strictlyAssist with minor office/site errands when requiredMaintain travel logs and fuel records Job Requirements:Minimum Qualification: 10th / 12th PassValid LMV Driving License (Mandatory)Experience: 2 5 Years as DriverGood knowledge of Chennai routes and surrounding areasAge: 21 years and aboveGood behavior and communication skillsPunctual and dependableWilling to work flexible hours if required
