Civil Site Engineer - Full Time

We are looking for a Civil Site Engineer to join our team in Pune with 4 to 10 years of experience in the construction industry.

**Key Responsibilities:**

- **Project Planning:** Develop and maintain project plans, including timelines and resource allocation, to ensure timely completion of construction projects.

- **Site Supervision:** Oversee daily operations on construction sites, ensuring work is performed safely and according to design specifications.

- **Quality Control:** Implement quality control measures to ensure that all materials and workmanship meet project standards and regulations.

- **Team Coordination:** Collaborate with architects, contractors, and subcontractors to ensure smooth project execution and address any issues that arise.

- **Progress Reporting:** Monitor project progress and prepare detailed reports for management, highlighting any delays or potential risks to the timeline.

- **Budget Management:** Keep track of expenditures and ensure all operations remain within budget constraints by managing resources efficiently.

**Required Skills and Expectations:**

Candidates must hold a Bachelor’s degree in Architecture or Civil Engineering. You should have proven experience working on civil construction projects. Strong knowledge of construction methodologies, safety standards, and building codes is essential. Proficiency in project management software and MS Office is expected. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are important for effective collaboration with various teams. A problem-solving mindset and the ability to work under pressure while meeting tight deadlines are also crucial for success in this role.
