Check drawings, plans, and quantities for accuracy of calculations.

Oversee material management €“ ensure proper use and prevent wastage.

Coordinate with architects, consultants, and vendors for smooth workflow.

Maintain daily site reports, progress updates, and documentation.

Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and RERA/municipal guidelines.

Conduct site inspections and resolve technical issues as they arise.
