Urgent Requirement For Citizen Service Executive (Voice)

A CMMI Level 3 organization with office Salt Lake, Kolkata is hiring smart fresher and experienced candidates with excellent speaking skills in Bengali and Hindi for one of it's major Domestic Citizen Service project.

Role & responsibilities

Receiving inbound calls and greeting the caller queries

To understand the query and route the call to concerned department/s

Inbound domestic voice process (Bengali and Hindi) - no sales target

Desired Candidate Profile :

Graduation with Honors is mandatory in any stream may apply

Candidates must have good communication skill in Bengali, Hindi &/or English

Aptitude towards customer care with good listening skills

Energetic, presence of mind and enthusiastic attitude

Willing to work in rotational shifts (Morning: AM to 1 PM) (Evening : 1 PM to 9 PM) (Night : 9PM to 6 AM)
