Key Responsibilities:
1. **Menu Planning**: Develop and design diverse menus that reflect seasonal ingredients and current food trends while considering customer preferences.
2. **Food Preparation**: Prepare high-quality dishes with attention to detail, ensuring each meal meets our standards for taste and presentation.
3. **Staff Management**: Supervise kitchen staff, providing guidance and training to team members to maintain efficiency and safety in the kitchen.
4. **Inventory Management**: Monitor stock levels of kitchen supplies and ingredients, placing orders as necessary to ensure the availability of necessary items.
5. **Quality Control**: Implement quality control measures to ensure every dish served meets the restaurants standards for taste, presentation, and hygiene.
Required Skills and Expectations:
Candidates must be male and have completed at least 12th grade. A minimum of two years of cooking experience is essential, showing familiarity with various cuisines.
