The Operations & Sales Team Lead will be responsible for taking ownership for conversion of sales lead flow coming in via digital medium and developing a network for in Chandigarh tricity for channel sales.

Financial Performance

Achieve sales and orders volumes at the target prices in assigned accounts/territory .

Coordinate orders and sales forecasts within the applicable sales funnel tools for in their assigned territory/accounts .

Account Management

Maintain relationships, develop a business strategy, and maximize business opportunities. Provide ongoing feedback to management, services and marketing on the progress on opportunities.

Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction through consistent high-quality interactions with customer.

Help build long term strategic alliance with portfolio of accounts to continue to add value.

Management go Inbound sales process and leading a team of 3 executives.

Follow up on leads for closure.

Work on daily dashboards on prospect management and closures.

Requires proven verbal and written communication skills with an urgency to be customer focused.

Professionalism in attire and demeanour.

Must perform work with accuracy and have a proven work history of accurate, precise work; detail oriented.

Ability to deal independently with many tasks at one time and prioritize accordingly.

Good interpersonal skills to work with internal and external contacts.

Strong knowledge of the Microsoft Office Suite, CRMs , ZOHO .
