About Job Profile:

The Channel Sales Manager will lead the channel expansion strategy, leveraging FMCG experience to bring high-velocity distribution tactics to the industrial machinery sector. Experience: 3-7 Years (Mandatory experience in FMCG sector)

CTC: .2 Lakh -7 Lakh PA + Performance-based Incentives

Qualifications:

Educational: Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a relevant field. An MBA in Sales or Marketing is highly preferred.

Experience: 3-7 years of proven experience in channel sales management, with a mandatory background in the FMCG sector.

Demonstrated success in building and managing large-scale distributor networks.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and execute comprehensive channel sales strategies to increase Indian market presence.

Manage high-level relationships with strategic partners and resolve complex conflicts.

Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify growth opportunities.

Train and mentor the Channel Sales Executive team to meet and exceed performance KPIs.

IT & Technical Knowledge:

Advanced CRM Management: Mastery of CRM tools for sales forecasting, pipeline management, and performance analytics.

Data Analytics: Strong ability to use data-driven insights for strategic decision-making and reporting.

ERP Familiarity: Basic understanding of ERP systems to monitor stock movement and primary/secondary sales.

Communication Tools: Proficiency in digital communication and collaboration platforms for remote team management.
