We are looking for a motivated and friendly Cashier to join our team in Shillong. As a Cashier, you will handle financial transactions smoothly and provide excellent customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

- Process Transactions: Accurately handle cash, credit, and debit transactions. Ensure that all payments are processed efficiently and without errors.

- Customer Service: Greet customers warmly and assist them with their purchases. Address any questions or concerns they may have to enhance their shopping experience.

- Maintain Cash Register: Keep the cash register organized and balanced. Regularly check and ensure there is enough change available for transactions.

- Handle Returns and Exchanges: Process returns and exchanges in accordance with company policy. Ensure that customers are satisfied with the resolution of their issues.

- Report Financials: Prepare daily cash reports and submit them to the supervisor. This helps in keeping track of sales and cash flow.

- Follow Safety Protocols: Ensure that all cash handling procedures comply with company policies and security guidelines to protect cash and personal information.

Required Skills and Expectations:

Candidates should have completed their 12th grade and should possess good numerical skills. Being detail-oriented is essential to avoid errors in transactions. Strong communication skills are important for interacting with customers effectively. Candidates should also demonstrate reliability and a positive attitude, with a willingness to learn and grow in a fast-paced environment. Previous experience is not required, making this an excellent opportunity for recent graduates.
