Key Responsibilities:

1. Loading and Unloading Cargo: Help with the safe loading and unloading of goods from transport vehicles, ensuring that all items are handled with care.

2. Inventory Management: Assist in tracking inventory levels by counting and recording items, ensuring that records are accurate and up to date.

3. Document Preparation: Prepare shipping documents and labels accurately, ensuring all necessary paperwork is completed for smooth transit of goods.

4. Customer Support: Communicate with customers regarding their cargo, providing updates and addressing any inquiries they may have to enhance customer satisfaction.

5. Safety Compliance: Follow safety guidelines and protocols in handling cargo to maintain a safe working environment for yourself and others.
