We are looking for a Cargo Assistant to join our team in Golaghat. This is a full-time position suited for individuals with 0 to 2 years of experience, who have completed their 12th grade.

**Key Responsibilities:**

- **Cargo Handling:** Assist in loading and unloading cargo to ensure it is handled safely and efficiently. This includes checking items for damage and verifying quantities against shipping documents.

- **Documentation:** Prepare and maintain accurate shipping and receiving records. This helps ensure that all transactions are tracked and that any discrepancies are resolved quickly.

- **Inventory Management:** Assist in tracking inventory levels to ensure sufficient stock is available. This includes performing regular counts and reporting any shortages to management.

- **Customer Service Support:** Respond to inquiries about cargo status and delivery times, providing accurate information to customers to enhance their experience.

- **Safety Compliance:** Adhere to safety regulations and guidelines while working in the warehouse. This helps create a safe environment for all employees and minimizes workplace accidents.
