### **key responsibilities**:

- make outbound calls to potential clients/customers in canada.

- manage incoming calls and handle customer inquiries.

- build positive relationships with customers by addressing their needs and resolving any concerns.

- maintain detailed records of client interactions in the system.

- collaborate with the team to meet daily/weekly targets.

- provide feedback on customer interactions to improve service quality.

### **required skills**:

- **excellent communication skills** in english (verbal and written).

- basic computer knowledge and experience with ms office tools.

- strong interpersonal and listening skills.

- ability to work in **canada shifts (night shifts)**.

### **qualifications**:
