Job Summary

Ratsel International is seeking energetic and motivated female freshers to join our team as Telecallers for onsite positions at our Mindspace office. The role involves engaging with clients and customers based in Canada. Candidates should have excellent communication skills and a customer-oriented approach.

### Key Responsibilities:

- Make outbound calls to potential clients/customers in Canada.

- Manage incoming calls and handle customer inquiries.

- Build positive relationships with customers by addressing their needs and resolving any concerns.

- Maintain detailed records of client interactions in the system.

- Collaborate with the team to meet daily/weekly targets.

- Provide feedback on customer interactions to improve service quality.

### Required Skills:

- Excellent communication skills in English (verbal and written).

- Basic computer knowledge and experience with MS Office tools.

- Strong interpersonal and listening skills.

- Ability to work in Canada shifts (night shifts).

- Enthusiastic and driven with a positive attitude.

### Qualifications:

- Educational qualification: Minimum 12th pass or pursuing graduation.

- Fresher candidates preferred.
