The role involves engaging with clients and customers based in Canada. Candidates should have excellent communication skills and a customer-oriented approach.### **Key Responsibilities**:- Make outbound calls to potential clients/customers in Canada.- Manage incoming calls and handle customer inquiries.- Build positive relationships with customers by addressing their needs and resolving any concerns.- Maintain detailed records of client interactions in the system.- Collaborate with the team to meet daily/weekly targets.- Provide feedback on customer interactions to improve service quality.### **Required Skills**:- **Excellent communication skills** in English (verbal and written).- Basic computer knowledge and experience with MS Office tools.- Strong interpersonal and listening skills.- Ability to work in **Canada shifts (night shifts)**.- Enthusiastic and driven with a positive attitude.### **Qualifications**:- Educational qualification: Minimum 12th pass or pursuing graduation.- Fresher candidates preferred.Job Type**: Full-time Location**: Onsite (Mindspace, Hyderabad)
