Calling Executive (1-3 Years) - Female Candidates Only

We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Calling Executive to join our team in Gomti Nagar, Lucknow. The ideal candidate should possess 1 to 3 years of experience in a calling role and hold a graduate degree. This full-time position requires the candidate to work from our office.

Key Responsibilities:

- Outbound Calling: Engage with potential clients or customers over the phone, introducing our services and generating interest.

- Customer Follow-up: Maintain regular contact with existing customers to ensure satisfaction and address any inquiries or issues they may have.

- Data Management: Accurately record call details and customer information in our database for tracking purposes.

- Lead Generation: Identify potential leads from various sources and qualify them for further engagement by the sales team.

- Report Preparation: Prepare and present daily or weekly reports on call activities, outcomes, and any challenges faced.

Required Skills and Expectations:

The ideal candidate should have excellent verbal communication skills, a friendly demeanor, and the ability to build rapport with clients over the phone. A strong understanding of customer service principles and basic computer skills are essential. Additionally, the candidate should be able to work independently, manage time effectively, and meet deadlines.
