Work with internal departments to meet customer's needs and Data entry in various platforms
Market Research: Do the survey and research and connect international client through Email and LinkedIn.
Customer Engagement: Engage with customers in a professional and courteous manner, actively listening to their
needs, and providing relevant information.
Performance Metrics: Meet and exceed established performance metrics, including call quality, productivity, and
customer satisfaction targets.
