Job Responsibilities:

1. Resolve customer complaints and doubts via Call.

2. Provides complete details to customer inquiries.

3. Making sure that customer's issues are attended to and all of their concerns are resolved immediately.

4. Ensure customer satisfaction and provide professional support.
