key responsibilities

handle outbound and inbound calls for international clients.

work on telemarketing, lead generation, appointment setting, and surveys.

provide customer support via phone, email, and chat.

consistently achieve targets while working independently from home.

maintain a high level of professionalism and customer satisfaction.

who can apply

minimum 3 years of experience in an international bpo or call center.

excellent english communication skills (both verbal and written).
