Job Summary:

We are hiring young, energetic candidates currently working or previously experienced in international call centers to join our branded apparel retail outlets in the UAE as Retail Sales Specialist (No target).

This role is ideal for candidates who want to move from BPO/call center work into a customer-facing retail career in the UAE with a reputed brand.

Key Responsibilities:

• Greet and assist customers in a professional and confident manner

• Understand customer needs and recommend suitable apparel products

• Maintain excellent customer service standards similar to international call center practices

• Achieve individual and store sales targets

• Handle customer queries, feedback, and basic complaints

• Maintain store cleanliness, display standards, and brand image

• Support billing, POS operations, and stock handling when required

Required Skills & Profile:

• Age below 25 years

• Experience in international voice process (US / UK / Canadian/Australia)

• Excellent spoken English

• Presentable, confident, and customer-oriented

• Willingness to relocate to UAE

• Ready to join immediately
