We are seeking enthusiastic Cabin Crew members to join our team in Shillong Cantonment, East Khasi Hills. This role is ideal for fresh graduates with a passion for travel and customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

- In-flight Safety: Ensure all safety procedures are followed and passengers are aware of emergency exits and equipment.

- Customer Service: Assist passengers during boarding and throughout the flight, addressing their needs and ensuring a comfortable journey.

- Meal Service: Serve meals and beverages, providing options to accommodate different dietary requirements.

- Conflict Resolution: Handle any onboard issues or complaints with professionalism and tact, ensuring a positive experience for passengers.

- Team Collaboration: Work closely with fellow crew members and pilots to ensure smooth flight operations.

Required Skills and Expectations:

Candidates should have excellent communication skills and display a warm, friendly demeanor. You must be able to work in a fast-paced environment while remaining calm under pressure. Candidates should have a positive attitude and be eager to learn, as this position may involve handling unexpected challenges. A high level of personal grooming and presentability is essential. Since this is a full-time office role, candidates should be willing to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
