Role and Responsibilities:

- Lead and motivate a high-performing team to achieve sales targets and business objectives.

- Develop and execute strategic plans to drive business growth and expansion.

- Identify new business opportunities and build strong relationships with merchants.

Requirements:

Minimum 1 year of experience as a Team Leader.

- Proven track record of managing teams and achieving sales targets.

- Strong leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.

- Knowledge of the fintech industry is highly desirable.
