Job Description :
Handle recruitment activities from gathering the requisitions, sourcing, screening, interviews, offers, follow up till the candidate joins
Interview candidates within the framework of the position specification. Possess validated ability to screen, interview and prepare an ideal candidate within an appropriate and consistent timeline
Proactively build and create the ongoing flow of candidate's pipeline at all levels
Ensure proper onboarding to help the new employees settle down
Assist in employee retention and development. Be the SPOC for all HR related activities for the team. Implement appropriate industry best practices
Evaluate Individual and Clinic performance periodically against set parameters and report the same to manager
Take corrective measures to ensure all centers are following protocols
Necessary Functional Skills :
1. Experience in handling salary mapping, offer negotiation and follow up with the candidates
2. Effective listening skills and patience 3. Proven interpersonal skills while contributing to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed
Education & Experience
Education at Masters level or above preferred
2- 3 years of relevant experience in Talent Acquisition & Business Partnering
Age Up to 28 years
