Job Description

1. Generating and seeking out potential new opportunities

2. Developing and managing relationships with potential clients, influencers and

key stakeholders

3. Evaluating new opportunities to ensure that the resources focus on the best

opportunities

4. Monitoring competitors and reviewing your employers offering in light of

competitors developments

5. Participating in new business contract negotiations

6. Responsible for business development, implementation business plans to

achieve targets as per the agreed budget.

7. Design, implement and manage the Companys sales process, ranging from

relation development to contract finalization.

8. Lead sales and other organizational changes initiatives with continuous

assessment.

9. Strategic understanding of Corporate Sales and business domain.

10. Business Communication and Technology Tools knowledge.

Preferred Skills

Managerial and organizational skills 

Relationship Management, presentation, negotiation skills.  

Knowledge about general insurance industry & their operations and

processes.

Experience in managing complex portfolios including general insurance

portfolios
