training: all selected candidates will be part of a two training process under the business development trainee (bdt) profile at a monthly stipend of rs 25,000. on successful completion of training, candidates will be promoted to the role of business development associates (bda)

ctc for bdt (during 2 months of training): ,00,000 {fixed pay} and rs. 2,00,000 {incentive pay}) per annum

ctc for bda (post successful training): rs. 10,00,000 ( lakhs {fixed pay} and rs. 3 lakhs {incentive pay}) per annum
