Working Days: 5 days work week Interview Mode: Video Interview

Training: All selected candidates will be part of a two training process under the Business Development Trainee (BDT) profile at a monthly stipend of Rs 25,000. On successful completion of training, candidates will be promoted to the role of Business Development Associates (BDA)

CTC for BDT (During 2 months of training): ,00,000 {Fixed pay} and Rs. 2,00,000 {Incentive Pay}) per annum

CTC for BDA (Post successful training): Rs. 10,00,000 ( Lakhs {Fixed pay} and Rs. 3 Lakhs {Incentive Pay}) per annum
