• Consulting prospects over call for their property search.
• Conduct meetings with buyers and arrange site visit to show them properties.
• Market survey and competition analysis of Pune real estate market.
• Facilitate negotiations between buyers and sellers.
• Maintain relationship with Developers as well as clients.
• Closing sales to generate Business.

• Should have Sound Communication skills, both written & oral.
• Should be able to present the product to buyers and convince them for sales.
• Should be able to Negotiate on behalf of customers and developer.
• Should have ability to build Professional relation with clients, Influence and generate references accordingly
