job description:

• identifying the potential customer for the staffing vertical.

• targeting the right people to reach customer place and building the healthy pipeline

• cold calling, fixing appointments, meeting the customers, and closing the deals

• design and implement business plans and strategies to meet the goals

• understanding the market conditions, team strength to target the right customers.

• promoting the company by using different marketing techniques.

• participating in the various exhibitions/expos conducted by industry experts.

• building a good rapport with the customer and helping with account management team to make the deals post-onboarding the customer.

desire candidate:

• must be from staffing industry

• must be from contract staffing business development background.

• good industry connects with staffing industry /payroll servisess.

• should be good to understand the legal terms in the agreements.

• ability to negotiate the rates with the customer.

• deep understanding of staffing contract/payroll services skills, proposal capabilities

• self-driven and result oriented individuals who can work independently with minimum guidance and with excellent communication skills
