tatva leadership a niche player in the learning and development space, focusses on leadership development, executive coaching and diversity – equity – inclusion. we work with clients across sectors like bsfi/ it/ fmcg/ manufacturing. our purpose is to design and deliver customised learning interventions which unfold new possibilities for application.

we are looking for a business development manager with hr/ l&d / services experience of 4-5 years

role:

1. lead business development

2. lead the social media space for visibility / leads

3. liaison with clients & consultants for executing training programmes

must have skills:

- marketing & concept selling acumen

- microsoft word - powerpoint mastery

- hands on knowledge & experience of leveraging social media

- experience of using digital platforms like zoom – teams – webex

- communication – written & oral

good to have skills:

- documentation

- research

- time management
