Manager Operations & Business Development

We are hiring for a Professional, Dynamic Operations Manager to coordinate and oversee our on Job Training Operations. The candidates from Manpower/Skill services will be preferred.

JOB DISCRIPTION:

Responsible for the complete Business Development Cycle.

Identifying prospective client and conduct introductory meetings with them in order to secure businesses.

Brand building via developing emails, email campaigns, adverts, online presence, seminars, trade fairs, blogs and brand positioning based on social media sites, job portals and advertisements and also to build a group of networks.

Tracking of new projects, competitors activities & performance, sensing new changes in the market & evolving new models.

Drafting and reviewing contracts, Writing business proposals & PPT.

Experience of preparation of various Monthly and Quarterly Management reports, MIS, Budgets etc.

Preparing monthly plans of business and implementing them for achievement of desired performance

Meeting clients and briefing them about the services and converting them into business.

Manage day-to-day operations for work with Management, Business unit owners and other departments to provide Comfortable and Safe Workplace environment for employees.

Desired Candidate Profile:

Must have Good Communication, Written skills and interpersonal skills.

Must have minimum relevant experience.

Immediate joiner.

Thorough Knowledge of employment-related laws and regulations.

Uses of Advanced Excel, statistical functions, etc.

presentation skills using MS Power point.

Analytical Skills.

The person will need to engage in business development activities.

Addressing operational concerns and issues, monitoring overall customer satisfaction, Developing and implementing operational procedures and policies.

Excellence in Interpersonal & People Management abilities. Able to manage multiple relationships.
