we are hiring for a professional, dynamic operations manager to coordinate and oversee our on job training operations. the candidates from manpower/skill services will be preferred.

job discription:

• responsible for the complete business development cycle.

• identifying prospective client and conduct introductory meetings with them in order to secure businesses.

• brand building via developing emails, email campaigns, adverts, online presence, seminars, trade fairs, blogs and brand positioning based on social media sites, job portals and advertisements and also to build a group of networks.

• tracking of new projects, competitor’s activities & performance, sensing new changes in the market & evolving new models.

• drafting and reviewing contracts, writing business proposals & ppt.

• experience of preparation of various monthly and quarterly management reports, mis, budgets etc.

• preparing monthly plans of business and implementing them for achievement of desired performance

• meeting clients and briefing them about the services and converting them into business.

• manage day-to-day operations for work with management, business unit owners and other departments to provide comfortable and safe workplace environment for employees.

• must have good communication, written skills and interpersonal skills.

• must have minimum relevant experience.

• immediate joiner.

• thorough knowledge of employment-related laws and regulations.

• uses of advanced excel, statistical functions, etc.

• presentation skills using ms power point.

• analytical skills.

• the person will need to engage in business development activities.

• addressing operational concerns and issues, monitoring overall customer satisfaction, developing and implementing operational procedures and policies.

• excellence in interpersonal & people management abilities. able to manage multiple relationships.
