We are hiring for a Professional, Dynamic Operations Manager to coordinate and oversee our on Job Training Operations. The candidates from Manpower/Skill services will be preferred.

JOB DISCRIPTION:

• Responsible for the complete Business Development Cycle.

• Identifying prospective client and conduct introductory meetings with them in order to secure businesses.

• Brand building via developing emails, email campaigns, adverts, online presence, seminars, trade fairs, blogs and brand positioning based on social media sites, job portals and advertisements and also to build a group of networks.

• Tracking of new projects, competitor’s activities & performance, sensing new changes in the market & evolving new models.

• Drafting and reviewing contracts, Writing business proposals & PPT.

• Experience of preparation of various Monthly and Quarterly Management reports, MIS, Budgets etc.

• Preparing monthly plans of business and implementing them for achievement of desired performance

• Meeting clients and briefing them about the services and converting them into business.

• Manage day-to-day operations for work with Management, Business unit owners and other departments to provide Comfortable and Safe Workplace environment for employees.

Desired Candidate Profile:

• Must have Good Communication, Written skills and interpersonal skills.

• Must have minimum relevant experience.

• Immediate joiner.

• Thorough Knowledge of employment-related laws and regulations.

• Uses of Advanced Excel, statistical functions, etc.

• presentation skills using MS Power point.

• Analytical Skills.

• The person will need to engage in business development activities.

• Addressing operational concerns and issues, monitoring overall customer satisfaction, Developing and implementing operational procedures and policies.

• Excellence in Interpersonal & People Management abilities. Able to manage multiple relationships.
