We are Hiring smart, dynamic & experienced candidates for the position of Business

Development Manager to execute marketing strategy, policy & ethics in the market. An ideal

candidate applying for the above post must perform the following:

Responsibilities:

Creating Exclusive Distributors in Odisha or out of Odisha as per company policy.

Contacting potential clients to arrange meetings, generate leads and close them effectively.

Planning & overseeing new marketing initiatives.

Increasing the value of current customers while attracting new ones

Finding & Developing new markets & improving sales.

Developing quotes & proposals for clients.

Developing goals for the sales team with business growth & to ensure that they are met.

Training personnel & helping team members to develop their skills.

Requirements :

Candidates with Bachelors degree in Business, Marketing or related field preferred

Experience required at least 2-5 years in sales, marketing & related field.

Representative skill with communication potential.

Excellent Organizational skill.

SALARY- Rs. 30,000/- during on job training,

Rs. 32,000/- to Rs. 56,000/- per month in regular.
