Job Description

We are seeking a Business Development Manager for our growing team. Person will be responsible for capturing and managing business by analyzing new markets, identify new customers, managing BD activities, managing CRM, and supporting the creation of marketing and advertising materials, supporting the development, and tracking of budgets. This person will also be a champion for the organization and will not mind rolling up their sleeves and diving in where necessary. This position will be responsible for capturing new business in markets that focus on technology development.

Key Responsibilities

Generate leads and opportunities, nurture them and curate the engagement towards building a qualified pipeline that will lead to successful conversion of opportunities into wins for Fawr Bsol and long term revenue for the company. This activity will be completed using various communication platforms including social media, in-person events and speaking engagements, direct field engagement with sales teams and management, customer outreach and executive briefings.

Proactively work with the regional leadership to determine target addressable market specifically in the Large Enterprise business, relevant messaging and qualification criteria to establish high win rates and pipeline conversion to revenue.

Work in close alignment with the Marketing team in driving brand penetration and a winning value proposition into prospects and customers,

Actively participate in industry events and associations to generate leads and nurture relationships with prospects and rapidly mature them into qualified opportunities for the sales teams.

Provides thought leadership and strategic guidance to the business development

Analyze current and new markets, develop campaign / capture strategies to grow our business

Gather pertinent information on market and the competition

Identify funding sources and sales opportunities

Communicates regularly with management.
