Job Description
• Recruit /Train FC’s and advisors.
• Act as a mentor, coach for the team to drive Business/Sales Targets
• Enhance FC earnings based on vintage.
• Focusing on advisor and FC retention.
• Focus on Customer retention.
• Generate sales leads through Financial Consultants and advisors by upselling and cross selling of product mix
• Branch development through recruitment and social networking skills
Personal Attributes & Competencies
• Strong leadership qualities and ability to mentor team of FCs and advisors
• Applicant must be excellent at selling skills and social networking skills
• Should be well conversant in the local language and must have excellent communication skills
Threshold criteria
• Applicant must have stayed in the same location/vicinity for more than 2 years
• Educational Qualification – Any graduation
• 2-8 Years of experience
Salary
• 3 Lac to Lac - Per Annum
