Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Head of Sales and Business Development who will be responsible for leading the sales team and driving revenue growth. The Head of Sales and Business Development will develop and implement sales strategies and plans, oversee account management and sales management functions, manage a team of sales professionals, and establish and maintain relationships with key business partners and clients and should have managed atleast one team before.

• Experience in Account Management and Team Management
• Experience in Sales Management
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and leadership skills
• Ability to analyze sales data and market trends to develop effective sales strategies
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
• Experience in the travel or consumer goods industry is a plus
