Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced Business Development Manager with strong exposure to corporate clients to drive business growth, strengthen client relationships, and expand the firm’s clientele. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in professional services or legal industry business development and the ability to convert opportunities into long-term engagements.
Key Responsibilities:
• Develop and execute business development strategies to acquire new corporate clients.
• Identify, approach, and build relationships with corporates, NBFCs, startups and businesses across sectors.
• Generate and qualify leads, conduct meetings, and convert prospects into clients.
• Work closely with Partners to understand service offerings and position them effectively.
• Prepare proposals and pitch documents for clients.
• Maintain and grow existing client relationships to increase repeat business.
• Represent the firm at networking events, conferences and industry forums.
Qualifications and Skills:
• 5–6 years of experience in Business Development/Sales in a law.
• Strong understanding of corporate clients and business ecosystem.
• Excellent communication, negotiation and presentation skills.
• Proven ability to meet or exceed business targets.
• Strategic thinking with a proactive and result-oriented approach.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
