o generating enquiries & closing the transactions for recruitment and business consulting
o handling presales: responsible for generating leads through market research/calling/online data for hiring requirement
o regularly be in touch with potential clients to develop synergy
o preparing and sharing presentations/proposals with potential clients as per their requirement
o elaborate on the terms of hiring
o guide the activities and operations of the sourcing team to ensure revenue goals are achieved.
