We are looking for a Business Development Manager to drive growth for our PhD assistance and research consultancy services.
Key Responsibilities:
Identify and generate new leads from PhD scholars, researchers, and institutions
Promote PhD-related services such as proposal writing, thesis support, publications, and research assistance
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure repeat business
Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets through calls, meetings, and follow-ups
Coordinate with the research and operations team to ensure smooth service delivery
Requirements:
Proven experience in business development, sales, or educational consultancy
Strong communication and negotiation skills
Ability to understand research-based services and explain them clearly to clients
Target-oriented and self-motivated
