This role is strictly for experienced US staffing BDMs who already operate with active, verified clients. We are not hiring for learning, training, or experimentation. This is a performance-only role where revenue comes purely from successful hires.

You earn only when a hire closes.
Mandatory Requirements (Non-Negotiable)
Minimum 2+ years experience in US Staffing / Recruitment Sales
Must have at least 3 verified, active client accounts
Clients can be Direct / MSP / Vendor
Must bring live job requirements, not just leads
Must handle client-side paperwork:
Vendor onboarding
MSA / NDA coordination
Compliance follow-ups
Strong understanding of US hiring models (C2C, W2, 1099)
Compensation Structure
30% 35% margin per successful hire
Margin calculated on net profit
No base pay
No advance
No minimum earning assurance
Higher margin slabs possible for consistent performers
