Job Summary
The Franchise Sales Manager will be responsible for driving nationwide expansion by identifying, pitching, and closing franchise opportunities across India. The role focuses on lead conversion, partner onboarding, and achieving aggressive growth targets in alignment with the organizations expansion strategy.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and execute a Pan-India franchise sales strategy to meet expansion targets
Generate, qualify, and manage franchise leads through calls, meetings, and presentations
Conduct detailed franchise business presentations and investment discussions
Coordinate franchise documentation, agreements, and onboarding processes
Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing franchise partners
Work closely with marketing teams to optimize lead generation campaigns
Track sales pipelines, closures, and revenue through CRM systems
Ensure compliance with company policies, brand standards, and legal frameworks
Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and regional business opportunities

Qualifications & Experience

5+ years of experience in franchise sales, business development, or B2B sales
Proven track record of Pan-India closures preferred
Experience in education, preschool, retail, or service franchises is an advantage
