Job Summary:

Key Responsibilities:
Identify and develop new business opportunities through networking, market research, cold calling, and meetings.
Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients.
Develop and implement effective business development strategies to achieve company goals.
Generate leads, follow up on prospects, and convert them into clients.
Conduct meetings, presentations, and negotiations with potential clients.
Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual business targets.
Maintain a database of clients, leads, and business opportunities.
Coordinate with internal departments such as sales, marketing, and operations for smooth execution.
Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs.
Prepare business proposals, contracts, and agreements.
Provide regular reports on business development activities and performance.
Represent the company at meetings, events, and networking opportunities.
Identify new markets, partnerships, and expansion opportunities.
Required Qualifications:
Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Management, or related field
MBA preferred (optional)
1-5 years of experience in business development, sales, or related field
